Why Him Not ME? Inclusive/Exclusive Talent Identification in Academic Public Context

We investigated the relevance of introducing talent identification/classifications among Egyptian public business schools, as perceived by academics, and expected outcomes such proposed classification system. employed thematic analysis data collected from interviews with 49 academics three large schools. Our findings revealed following themes: no clear systems for management; being means going extra mile in research; identification/classification system is irrelevant due to: academic corruption; age religious discrimination; unique nature higher education work; fears enforcing clashes, inequality exclusion. confirmed that any attempt to constitute classifications does not appear be a prioritized need sector. Nevertheless, we did assert manage motivational, structural, consequential social responsibility boundaries before constituting identification classifications.
